Hello!
I am Dr. Ben Fannin, Physical Therapist and Owner of GMS Therapy and Fitness. My experience includes treating patients with complex neurological conditions, balance deficits, orthopedic injuries, and dizziness and vertigo.
I am a certified vestibular physical therapist which gives me the knowledge to help patients resolve their symptoms of vertigo, dizziness, and imbalance.
As I gained experience treating a diverse patient population, I found my passion caring for older adults and helping them achieve their goals. I find it particularly rewarding helping the aging population reach their full potential and get back to doing the things they love.
My treatment approach is a collaborative effort that includes a combination of hands-on therapy, an individualized exercise program, and patient education. I am passionate about building strong relationships with my patients which helps me to provide a more individualized rehabilitation program tailored towards the patient’s goals.
I enjoy educating students in the clinic and the classroom. I serve as a guest lecturer at Mount St. Joseph University where I educate students on the principles of geriatric exercise prescription and how to better serve older adults.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and two year old son, working out, cooking, reading, and being outdoors.
