Are You Tired of Living with Persistent Back Pain?

You've tried traditional physical therapy, but the pain keeps coming back. You deserve better than rushed appointments and temporary relief.

Rushed 15-Minute Appointments

You're bounced between providers and treatment tables, never getting the focused attention you need to truly heal.

Treating Symptoms, Not Root Causes

Standard care focuses on pain relief exercises without addressing the underlying factors—lifestyle, stress, movement patterns—keeping you stuck in a cycle.

Waiting for Referrals and Insurance Approvals

Weeks pass while you wait for appointments and authorizations, all while your back pain worsens and limits your daily activities.

Why Choose Our Back Pain Physical Therapy Clinic

At GMS Therapy, you'll work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for a full 60 minutes. We take a holistic approach, addressing sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement patterns to resolve your back pain at its source.

  • 60-minute private sessions—no juggling multiple patients or rushed treatments

  • No referral required—start your recovery today without extra doctor visits

  • Holistic care addressing root causes including lifestyle factors and biomechanics

What Our Fort Thomas Patients Are Saying

I originally found Dr. Ben Fannin for dry needling to help release trigger points that were causing my tennis and golfer's elbow. What I didn't expect was how much deeper his approach would go. Ben looks at the whole body, not just the painful spot. After five months of pain and thinking I wouldn't be able to lift weights again, I'm now almost 100% after just two months of working with him. This experience has truly been life-changing.

"I've been working with my physical therapist for about four months, and the results have been incredible. When I first started, I was dealing with persistent shoulder and knee problems that were affecting both my daily life and my ability to play hockey at the level I wanted. Thanks to his expertise, guidance, and consistency, I now have no shoulder or knee pain and feel noticeably more stable and confident on and off the ice."

Kerensa S.

"Zac was a great therapist. He was friendly, listened, and provided easy to follow home instructions. He allowed me to be part of the process in what helped and didn't help each week, also with what would work in my busy schedule. Within one or two sessions, my pain was improving vastly. He gave me a home program with the option to return as needed."

Luke J.

"I had been battling what I did not realize was a re-herniated disc and Ben helped reduce my pain and strengthen my weakened core. Using varied strategies and listening to weekly feedback he worked with me to find relief. He's also flexible on frequency of treatment and doesn't push you to get more than is needed. I highly recommend his services!"

We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Call us to discuss pricing and payment options.

4. What should I expect during my first visit?

Your initial visit includes a comprehensive 60-minute assessment where we'll discuss your medical history, evaluate your movement and posture, identify root causes of your back pain, and create a personalized treatment plan. We may also begin hands-on treatment during this first session.

5. Do you offer in-home physical therapy near me?
